I have a friend who is a 32 yo woman and she is thinking of taking clen. she is in fairly good shape and workouts and diets very religiously and has been doing so for a long time. Her goal is to lose a small amount of bodyfat. What kind of cycle should she do and for how long. two weeks on two weeks off. and at what dosage. Thanks for your help guys. what do you think of AG liquids?

she has been doin alot of cardio for a while. She just wants to supplement her weight loss. My main question is if it is ok for a woman to use and what is the dosage and how is the liquid version.

If her goal is to lose a small amount of bodyfat, she can easily do that with diet and cardio. Just dial in her diet and she'll see results.

Even if she is doing cardio that doesn'y mean that she is working out as is necessary to burn fat. The clen in my experience helps with the breathing enabling you to get through more cardio but overall it makes most people uncomfortable. She needs to "build up" her cardio. This takes some time. Ideally, she should work her way up to doing cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and in the afternoon or evening. She shoul try to alternate exercises. Hit the treadmill in the morning and the stairmaster at night. Throw the bike in too but many find this as an easy exercise to bs around with because of the momentum of the pedals. The elliptical can also be rendered ineffective if using momentum to assist in the movement. If she wants to try a suppplement then try an ECA stack (ephedra/caffeine/aspirin).

My wife is currently taking LiquiClen from AG guys, and is up to 60mgs a day. Its taken her a week to get her tolerance up to that point. The first couple of days at 20mgs were pretty rough on her. She had shaky-hand syndrome pretty bad.

However in the last week, while taking Clen, Sesapure, CardioBreeze, T-rex and Glucorell she has lost 7 pounds. :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:

I appreciate all your help guys..the problem is she already made up her mind about it..she is a woman who is set in her ways..I just want to help her do it safely...if she goes ag Liquid how many drops or droppers should she start with and how big is a dropper in ML?

Most people use 20mgs as a good starting point.
The dropper is 200mgs per ml, if you get the LiquiClen from AG-Guys.
That means you start at .2 ML ... yes its a very small amount. :coffee:
