I'll be ending my bulk cycle in a couple of weeks and will be cutting from then on till summer (in july over here).
I'll be doing clen for the first time. I know how to cycle them and am going to do three two week cycles with nothing or eca in the two weeks in between.
I was just wondering how low in my calories I should go.
My stats are 240 lbs at 16%.
Should I just do 12 times bw in calories and 1.5 g of protein/lbs of bw or can I go lower in the weeks where I use the clen and will the clen then keep me from going catabolic ?
I was thinking maybe something like 10xbw that would be 2400 kcal a day for me or is that way too low ?
