I was wondering if anyone could tell me the optimum way to take clenbuterol. I realize teh whole ramping of the clen, 112233445566 and then back down. I was curious what was the best time to take the clen. Like when you take your one pill on the first day, is it better to take it in the morning or before working out. Once you begin to ramp, how do you split it up? Like when taking two pills, do you go one in morning/one pre lift or do you go all in morning? How does this go for the rest of hte ramping?
