Clen only before cycle

Today I started running clen for as many weeks as I need to just to cut away my body fat before I jump into my eq and test cycle. I have a great diet and will doing cardio 7 days a week for at least an hour a day burning over 1000 calories then also weight training. I will be following the protocol of "BigAndy" I weigh 240 at the moment not sure on body fat %. I'm 6'3".

So today was my first dose. 20mg. I took it 20 mins before just cardio workout today. Did an hour of cardio, no problems, just a little cramping in left calf which I doubt was effect of the clen. About 4 hours later experiencing a mild headache by my temples and hands just a little shaky at times. Took 2 extra strength tylenol. I'll live. Update tomorrow.

Drink lots of water and take taurine to help with the cramps.

That's normal for Clen. Usually, you get used to it. You may want to keep monitoring your blood pressure if you keep having the headaches (even if you don't have the headaches, monitoring BP is a good idea).
 
Thanks everyone, I'll def check my bp frequently and keep pounding the water.
I'm mainly doing this thread for the people thinking about doing clen that cant get all the answers they are looking for on what happens, sides, effects, ect. Not saying that others dont provide it, just saying an actual experience day by day.

Ok so day 2:
Slept ok last night, got 8-9 hours, no sweating. 40mcg today before the gym about an hour. Def have been sh**ing a lot, dont know if thats an effect of what. Hands very shaky, slight headache, big pumps in the gym. Chest and tris today, tris felt gigantic. Hard to type and text on my iphone lol. Will be going back to the gym later for an hour of cardio.

Day 3:
60mcg today before gym. Really bad calf cramps, and some cramping in quads. Could barely walk the treadmill on an incline. Had to get off because of the pain. Took 2 500mg taurine tabs. Shaky hands, no big deal. No headache and feel great. Slept like a baby last night. Today was back and bis, no problems, felt strong.
 
does anyone know if it would be ok to run clen during pct and afterwaards? my thoughts are since ur loseing ur bloat the clen would really help cut u up. dont want to steal ur thread just a quick question. keep up the posting im interested in ur results
 
Some people do use clen during pct as it allows them to keep eating high amounts of food to keep gains and not get fat. Clen requires no pct so you would be fine. Clen also will help shed existing fat and make you look more cut. Hope that helps.

Hmmmm... just found my old bottle of clen last night. May have to do a light cycle of it. Anyone think it's a bad idea to mix with ECA? I'm taking 2 doses per day of ECA.

Clenbuterol belongs to the class of drugs classified as sympathomimetics. Sympathomimetic drugs are compounds that mimic or imitate the effects of the hormone epinephrine (adrenaline) and the hormone/neurotransmitter norepinephrine (noradrenaline).

Clenbuterol is a popular drug prescribed as a decongestant and bronchodilator and commonly used by sufferers of asthma. However, it is now becoming popular as a dietary supplement endorsed as an effective slimming pill.

Famous celebrities have been allegedly using this drug as a slimming aid, including Britney Spears. Several prominent athletes had reportedly availed of this drug such as MLB players Jason Grimsley and David Segui. Mariano Puerta, Argentine tennis player, had been penalized because of his use of this drug.

Mode of action

Many bodybuilders, as well as other athletes, find Clenbuterol beneficial because of its thermogenic abilities. As a thermogenic it increases blood pressure, stimulating the heart muscles. This stimulation, in turn, leads to an increase in body temperature. In addition, Clenbuterol boosts glycogenolysis, or the breakdown of glycogen. This process results to release of glycogen into the bloodstream (in the form of glucose) and renders the body incapable of storing or using more glycogen. This hikes the rate at which fat and protein are used up in the body for these three essential purposes – energy production, for recycling of their molecular components, or for their excretion. This is how Clenbuterol users lose adipose (fat) tissues.

Clenbuterol is also particularly appealing to bodybuilders and other athletes because it heightens aerobic capacity. Aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in the body's metabolic or energy-generating process. In simple terms, Clenbuterol improves oxygen transportation via increased blood pressure. This makes Clenbuterol a staple of many endurance athletes’ drug protocol.

This drug is also used as an anabolic agent although its anabolism effect remains a contentious issue. In several animal studies, it has exhibited anabolism resulting to muscle gains. However, this has not been observed on human subjects.

Dosage

The recommended regimen with this drug is to gradually ramp up its dosage. Slowly build up the intake each day until an effective and comfortable range is established. This way, most of the drug’s effects can be avoided, specifically its negative effect on blood pressure. Males typically take 2-8 tablets a day while females take 2-4 tablets a day.

The length of time this drug is to be cycled is dependent on the goal of the user. If your objective is to lose fat, Clenbuterol’s highest efficacy is observed when taken in a period of 4-6 weeks. During this phase, it is important to monitor temperature increase or decrease.

Remember that as a thermogenic this drug works by elevating the temperature, and thus a decrease or a drop in temperature means its losing its potency. This also signals that you need to break for at least several weeks. Increasing the dosage or prolonging the intake will prove to be ineffective and a total waste of money since the decreased efficacy may mean that the body is growing immune or resistant to its effects.

To heighten its fat-burning ability, many stack Clenbuterol with other drugs such as the thyroid hormone Cytomel. This stack is great during contest preparation or cutting cycle when bodybuilders need to get rid of undesirable fat without sacrificing caloric intake.

Clenbuterol is also typically stacked with non-aromatizing anabolic steroids, those that do not cause water retention. This stack regimen induces the so-called synergistic effect of drugs.
Drawbacks

Bodybuilders who are looking for a leaner, striated, and ripped physique turn to Clenbuterol specifically for its catabolic activity on fat. However, its catabolic performance can also be a drawback. This is because catabolism can also exert its influence on muscles, and thus muscle gains are at risk of being shed off. Therefore, the general practice with this drug is to stack it with anabolic steroids which aid in preserving lean body mass.

Possible side effects of Clenbuterol include restlessness, palpitations, tremor (involuntary trembling of fingers), headache, increased perspiration, insomnia, muscle spasms, increased blood pressure, and nausea. Individuals who have been diagnosed of cardio-vascular problems should not take Clenbuterol.

Important thing you must remember about Clenbuterol is that it is not a steroid, but nonetheless a banned compound in many sports associations.
 
Day 4:

Slept great last night, legs cramps are a pain... 80mcg today. Felt great in the gym, great pumps (still not sure if they are result of clen or not) but some are painful. Shoulders today and an hour of cardio. No fatigue on cardio. Still no sweats at night. Feeling good dont notice any difference yet. I think I'll do 100mcg tomorrow. I might start t3, not sure. Will it give better results?
 
I know of people running the eca stack on the 2 weeks that they are off of clen. I dont know if I'd run them at the same time.
 
Day 5:

Sorry to break the clen only, but I started taking cytomel for more results. 80mcg of clen and 50mg of cytomel. Less shakes, no cramps. Great sleep once again. Chest and tris today and 30 mins of cardio. Stomach is a bit upset but whatever...
