im bulking, but i started to cycle clen and eca, to keep the fat from getting out of hand. I only use it before a workout. I think that it is beneficial for bulking, as you will have much better workouts, and clen and eca, deffinatly allow you to lift more. It will probably help keep fat of, and maybe even loose some, if you are not hardcore bulking. i recently decided not to do hardcore bulks, anymore, but i will let you all know how this works for me, after i have some time to assess my gains.
