Clen is legal to order, so.....

What 2thick said. Only FDA approved drugs can be legally imported, clen isn't one of them, it doesnt matter if it's not an AS, it's still not approved.

So does this mean that Clomid can be legally imported?

Some guys on here are a bit confused.

Or, well, maybe it's the guys at the border checkpoints that are.

But I have personally brought things like Clen and Piracetam (a smart drug, available in TJ but as far as I know not FDA-approved) across the San Diego & TJ border crossing, and showed them to agents at the crossing. I was taken to the side, questioned, they looked into exactly what I was bringing across, and they let me bring it in - no problem at all.

So, either some of the guys responding to this thread are wrong, or the Agents were wrong. Nothing personl guys, just my personal experince is that I have brought Clen across many times, and they never confiscated it, evem when I was questioned at length.

Typical answer for the Agents ...

"It is like for asthma and brethinmg problems. I have some and .. well, the over-the-counter stuff just does not cut it for me, and I don;t have good medcial insurance right now to pay for any prescription stuff ... and this works".

They key is to NOT cop an attitude, be cool, be respectful. Have an attitude of "gee I think this is ok but you are the Agent sir, and if you tell me otherwise I understand, I just thought this was ok to do ."

I have had sevaral times when a guy will be a dick about it, and I just say "well, my understanding is that I am allowed to bring this across, but I certainbly wil be glad to wait a few minutes while you check it out .... I mean, I am not a lwayer, and if you tell me that its not ok, then thats your call."

The worst that happened was that I spent 15 minutes waiting while the guy looked up Spiropent and Clebuteral somewhere, and came back and told me it was cool. He was still being a dick, but I LET IT GO, thanked him, and was on my way.

Positive Karma is always cool.

Good to hear from you.
I don't work there anymore. They are only open Memorial day to Labor day. If you're in the Queens area and headed towards Bell Blvd pm me I work over there on Sat nights.

genarr3: There's also this paragraph in the link you posted-

"The United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. sections 331(d), and 355(a)), which is administered by FDA, prohibits the interstate shipment (which includes importation) of unapproved new drugs. Unapproved new drugs are any drugs, including foreign-made versions of U.S. approved drugs, that have not received FDA approval to demonstrate they meet the federal requirements for safety and effectiveness. It is the importer's obligation to demonstrate to FDA that any drugs offered for importation have been approved by FDA. "

Importation is a general statement and includes various methods of bringing the drug into the country. Mail order, or walking across the border, it's still importing."

However, here's another interesting excerpt taken from http://www.fda.gov/ora/import/pipinfo.htm

"That said, FDA's guidance for coverage of personal importations of unapproved drugs identifies several factors that should be considered by FDA personnel when determining whether to exercise enforcement discretion and refrain from taking action against the importation of unapproved drugs. The General Guidance Section states that FDA should consider not taking enforcement actions against such importation:

"when 1) the intended use [of the drug] is unapproved and for a serious condition for which effective treatment may not be available domestically either through commercial or clinical means; 2) there is no known commercialization or promotion to persons residing in the U.S. by those involved in the distribution of the product at issue; 3) the product is considered not to represent an unreasonable risk; and 4) the individual seeking to import the product affirms in writing that it is for the patient's own use (generally not more than 3 month supply) and provides the name and address of the doctor licensed in the U.S. responsible for his or her treatment with the product or provides evidence that the product is for the continuation of a treatment begun in a foreign country." (Emphasis added)"

Hi,

I am new to this forum and I was have a question to question. I am currently trying to cut my bodyfat down to below 10% and I'm currently at 14%. I workout 3x a week of weight training and 3x 3o minutes interval training for my cardio.

And I was thinking about taking a Fat Burner to help maximize my Results, any suggestion on what to take that and at the same time only Legal Product?

I am currently eating 4 to 6 small meals a day. And try to up my intake on protein to 200 g a day, and lower my carb intake as well.

Thank you!
