Has anyone ever used clen and felt completely shitty? I have been getting headaches and seeing tracers. When I get finished with my warm up set, I feel like my mucles are already torn down...
Does Clen eat away your muscles? This stuff seems more catabolic than anti-catabolic. Does anyone have any info reguarding the catabolic or anti-catabolic nature of clen or eca's?
Also, I've seen a lot of people saying to use clen for 3 days on 1 off. What doesages would you use for this method and how would you taper up and down? What are the advantages of using it this way?
