Has anyone ever used clen and felt completely shitty? I have been getting headaches and seeing tracers. When I get finished with my warm up set, I feel like my mucles are already torn down...

Does Clen eat away your muscles? This stuff seems more catabolic than anti-catabolic. Does anyone have any info reguarding the catabolic or anti-catabolic nature of clen or eca's?

Also, I've seen a lot of people saying to use clen for 3 days on 1 off. What doesages would you use for this method and how would you taper up and down? What are the advantages of using it this way?
 
This you will experience every time you will start using it. But after few days it is ok.

You can use Clen every day, but after 2-4 weeks body will not respond to it, unless you make big increase in dosages.

I usually use Clen for 4 weeks at 4-8 pills a day and then I switch to ECA for few weeks, then back to Clen again.

Some of my friends are using Clen in pre-contest cycle for 12 weeks and if they want to feel it in last few weeks, they increase dosages around 30! pills a day.
