Clen & Cynomel Help??

Just want to lose wait.. About 230 lbs and 22% bf. anyone help out with a proposed schedule of cycling clen and cytomel for 6 weeks?
 
Just a suggestion, even cycling this stuff, they arent' the magic pill -- diet & training need to be optimized & consistent to get you results.

Care to post up your current diet & training for some review. I bet you can get significant results w/o the chemicals just by doing that.
 
would post the diet and training regime but unfortuanately that has been in the toilet for some time now and I must revitalize a good diet/training regime. Really don't even know where to begin I feel so far off track.

I'm using T3 and Clen as it..:
T3 1= 25mcg
Clen 1= 20mcg

T3: .5 .5 .5 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 4 4 4 3 3 3 2 2 2 1 1 1 .5 .5 .5 .25 .25 .25
Clen: 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 3 3 2 2 1 1 15 off and start again...!

I disagree with the clen dosage recommendation.

Start with 1 a day and add 1 tab each day until the sides ae too much. You should be able to get up to about 5 per day. No need to taper it off, run your max daily dosage through day 14, then take 2 weeks off.

I would prefer the following, which I am doing now:

Week 1-6 Clen 100mcg per day (Built up within 3 days)
Week 1-6 Ketotifen 2mg ed
Week 1-6 T-3 as follows:

6 mcg 6mcg 6mcg 12mcg 12mcg 12mcg 24mcg 24mcg 24mcg 50mcg, then 50mcg all the way until mid week 5 when it is time to taper back down the same way as up.
