Clen and winny for first cycle?? what doses?

Looking for feedback on recomend dosage for Clen? I'm 5'10 250 blood prressure is solid at 125 over 60...

I've read that Clen should be taken 2 wks on 2 wks off now what would u recomend for starting dosage? And how often thanks.

I'm also going to run winny while cycling the clen and am thinking about taking 1cc every other day 20 shots total sound right to u? Shout I run more less lt me know so I can purchase now and get going..
 
My opinion would be 50mg ED winny..... start at 40mcg clen for couple days then ramp up to 80mcg for couple days then goto 100mcg if sides are not too bad,, I stay at 100mcg because any more and I feel like im going to explode..lol...the sides get to bad...I do 2 weeks on clen,, 2 weeks off. The 2 weeks off I run somthing like thermorexin..... I personally would throw in at least 400mg test per week with the winny...
 
Thanks.... Did the side effects of the clen bother you enough to were you couldnt do normal task? such as work? driving? Did it affect or does it affect Your Sex Life? lol Gotta keep my weekend cardio sessions tip top...

The Clen you take it once daily? mournings? winny at night before working out?

Also does this cycle look like it will help me burn the extra fat and tighten up?

The sides I had at 100mcg were pretty bad.... I had the shakes big time...Did not affect my sex life though... There is no need to split clen up into 2 doses per day due to the long half life....I was taking it once in the am and the winny in the am also..
Your diet and cardio regime will be the most important things to make you lose the bodyfat and tighten up... The clen/winny is just an aid.. If your cardio and diet are not in check then you are wasting your time.... But honestly,,, you should think about throwing some Test in there.. shouldn't do winny without throwing some test in there,,especially if you are going to jack your cardio up. The clen will help you not to become catabolic,,, but the test will give you some good gains at the same time....and the test will help your sex life big time....it does for me...
 
What type of test do u recomend?? I'm a little concerened about using test... what are the sides on that? Everytime I read about it, it makes me think twice and not want to take it... my diet and cardio are str8 I know I'm ready to go I've lost 28lbs offically now and am ready to go I really wanna drio madd bf and body weight this cycle and if all goes well next cycle use something to get swole lol let me know if I'm thinking about this the wrong way... I just wanna get my stack right without killing myself here....

The Test you want to take depends on how long you plan on running your cycle...I wouldn't plan on running the winny longer than 8 weeks, 9 max...I use a very good UG labs t-400, which doesn't hurt nearly as much as the denkall..I'd use sustanon 250 because its prob. easier for you to get..the 250 is 30mg Test propionate. which is fast acting and you will notice results quicker...60mg test pnenylpropionate, 60mg test isocaproate, and 100 mg test decanoate...
I'd split doses in half and do 200mg 2x per week... I'd start the test and run it for 10 weeks,,throwing the winny in at the start of the third week..But def. keep some arimidex,,aifm,,aromasin on hand..I use .5mg arimidex ED and it works good for me..But im also not doing 1000mg per week either... You will need to start a PCT after about 10 days after your last shot of test.. but its worth it.. as long as your diet and cardio is in check you'll lose alot of BF and make some good gains.... This is very simular to the cycle I did last year,,,but I had some tren A thrown in there.... But if you haven't even done test before then don't even think about the Tren... But trust me,, Keep the word Tren A in the back of you mind for the future....because the shit rocks..

what's your bodyfat %? age? years training? (be very specific)

Dude,,you really should do alot more research before you think about doing anything...I am not trying to be rude,,but everything I put into my body I research as extensivley as I can....If you dont know exactly what you are doing,, You could screw yourself right up... Unless you do alot more research you shouldn't think of putting any of that stuff in your body...
 
I am 22 years old 5'10 250lbs 19% bf training for 7 years on and off currently dieting and working out consistently for the past 3 months. Started at 282lbs 22%bf 3 months ago.

Diet is pretty str8 foward eating clean protein ( chicken breast, 3 tbsp of peanut butter a day ) low carbs on weight lifting days and a few carbs on cardio days such as whole wheat pasta.. Any bread eaten is whole wheat and small amounts. Lots os water and green tea.

Current workout 6 days cardio 3 30min days and 3 60min days

Weight lifting 3 days a week for 90+ mins.

I have not put anything into my body yet that's why I am asking questions now, I have researched clen and winstrol properly.
I have not reseached test yet because I hadn't considered it and quite honestly dont care for it.

Bump... last check up I start my cycle next week down to 245lbs ready to get this mother rolling.... clen and winny for sure... going to cycle clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off using a green tea thermogen produst unsure yet on that. Winny is going to be 1cc every otherday or 50mg each day what would u recomend? It is injections so not sure on each day being a good idea due to pain in injections sites. Any help on doeses would help thanks.
