I am wondering if clen could be keeping my weight up. I have about 30 lbs to lose and would like to bring my BF down. I fit into the overweight category. I have been doing good with my cardio in the last 2 weeks only missed one day . I haven't been so good with my weights as I work out with a trainer and he seems to be on the missing list right now. So my point is I have been taking clen. On Monday I will stop for 2 weeks. About 4mls a day. The only thing I notice is my weight is not coming off and I have a crazy rapid heart rate. I've read all the info on clen I was wondering what people actually lose taking clen and maybe its not the right thing for me. Would love any insight. Thanks everyone\.
