Hi!!

I'm new here and not really sure if I'm in the right place? I really need some info about losing weight with clen.

I have hypothyroidism and gained tremendous weight while being misdiagnosed for 2 yrs with postpartum depression. Now that I take Armour thyroid everyday,I still can't lose this weight but I am feeling better. I've been healthy my entire life and maintained my weight at around 140, + or - a few, gained with each child, got 4, but could always get back in shape with diet and exercise. I am also insulin resistant so I eat low carb. Weight won't budge so I decided to trey clen for weightloss.

I need to know if I can take clen with my thyroid meds? Looked for answer but only talks about clen w/ cytemol cycle everywhere I look.

If anyone knows about or has thyroid disorder, took clen and has info, I will be forever indebted for any help I can get. I'm on my last straw and grasping for something that will get this fat gone forever.

HELP!!!!!

Thanks for listening,

~DiEnne~

hey there, yes you can take clen with thyroid meds, people do it all the time on this site, I know your thyroid medication is different that cytomel (t3) but it's the same principle. They should not react with one another. I took clen for the first time last april. I was in bad shape, I was 205 and 21%bf. I started clen at 20 mcg/day, increasing it by 20 mcg/day until i reached 100mcg/day, and then stayed at that dose for a month. The correct was to cycle clen is the 2 week on , 2 week off cycle, becuase your receptors downregulate after the 2 week mark. You should take some kind of thermogenic during the 2 week off time. Try an ephedra based diet drug or try thermorexin which can be bought at the AF store on this site. (they are a board sponsor). Anyway, I started this diet with taking 40 mg of anavar/day in addition to the clen and with doing cardio and keeping to a strict diet. It worked wornders, the fat just melted off me. AT the end of 6 weeks ( I only did the clen for a month and just continued the var and cardio and workingout with the diet), I was at 195lbs and 12% bf. I'm getting ready to have another surgery next week, and when I start back in a couple more months, clen will be a part of everything that I will be using to get back into shape and rehab my knee. Good luck, and pm me if you have any more questions. later....

Yes it will be ok., just remember this, if you are already Hypo, you do not want to use Clen to the higher levels that some one this board do. WHY? Well, you already have a thyroid that is underactive, thus the reason you take a T4 replacement, so, if you want to keep your thyroid from thinking that it is being stimulated to any type of extreme you need to MODERATE your intake of clen. I know others on here may say otherwise, and they are intitled to their opinions, as am I. If I were you I MIGHT up my dose of my T4 to twice the dosage, and use clen like said earlier 2 on 2 off, but at the lower spectrum of the scale. If anything this will give you atleast a control point to start your endeaver of losing the LBS you so desire. B.

Thanks so much for all the great info!!! let's see what happens?!!! Not sure how much I can say so I'll keep in touch and update for others who might need the same kind of info ...Thanks Again and Wish me Luck!

Med student here.

Something that people aren't making note of here is that the OP is diabetic. Clen can exerabate your diabetes, so use with caution. I'd suggest that you don't use it at all.
