Clen and T3, help

Im going to take T3 and clen. How many pills do I take of clen, and how do I take it. How many pills do I take on the first day and also I hear your suppose to take all the pills in the morning. What is the average price for the two of them. Thanks

first day 1 pill and every day one more pill since you get bad jitters, that will mean you've to reduce

I wouldn't run the T3 more that 6 weeks (take a few months OFF!!!)

THe clen: Start with 2-3 tabs. Then increase everyday by one until you shake. I've been as high as 8 tabs a day with nothing! But my lady takes one and she has enough.
