im on day 4 of my clen at 80mcg. I sweat like a pig and i find myself pretty shakey at times.
In the gym my strength is up a tad as well. Im down 5 pounds from 197 to 192.
My diet is on point and im taking in 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day. High protein Low Fat and the carbs i do take in are from my shakes.
Question. Why the hell do i feel so damn sore this week? Almost like my muscles are not recovering in a timely manner. I did chest on Monday and its now Thursday and my pecs are still sore.
