Clen and Soreness

im on day 4 of my clen at 80mcg. I sweat like a pig and i find myself pretty shakey at times.

In the gym my strength is up a tad as well. Im down 5 pounds from 197 to 192.

My diet is on point and im taking in 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day. High protein Low Fat and the carbs i do take in are from my shakes.

Question. Why the hell do i feel so damn sore this week? Almost like my muscles are not recovering in a timely manner. I did chest on Monday and its now Thursday and my pecs are still sore.

whats up with that?
 
Ive no idea why you arnt recovering but Id like to ask you a couple of things Bro, How long is it since you finnished your last cycle if youve done one and how many cals are you consuming a day. I have clen sitting but am in my second week of PCT and dont want to run the risk of loosing gains so am waiting until at least the end of PCT or possibly my next cycle, And input there Bro

i havent done a cycle in over a year. im 190 and im taking in somewhere close to 1800 cals a day.

as far as post cycle, the clen should help you keep your strength and energy while ure running your PCT. Im losing close to 1 pound a day and this is my 5th day. Im shedding fat and gaining muscle. i can see the results.

oh and Sonny. Im taking 5g of Taruine a day

anyone on the muscle soreness??
 
perhaps because clen is catabolic and on top of intense training your muscles are overtrained????
 
Satchboogie is Clen deffo catabolic, I cant seem to find the answer no matter how hard I look. You find reports on the stuff and some say catabolic and some say anti catabolic????? Im holding of just now until at least the end of PCT but Ill probably wait another 3 weeks after this till I start to be sure Im not going to loose any gains.
 
I heard the clen is anti catabolic, that is why people take it at the end of a cycle? Maybe you just had a real good chest work out and you body is trying hard to recover?
 
clen, contrary to popular belief, is catabolic!

the only studies i've seen that proove its anabolid were conducted on animals in doses that could kill a human being!

lets see... you sweat, you shake, you lose weight.. doesnt sound very anabolic to me!
 
Ok so if its catabolic, How much muscle can you expect to loose over the 2 weeks your on roughly. This has me a little worried, The last time I cut I lost heaps of strength and weight and that was with no drugs.
