clen and hockey

I'm a 39 yr old ice hockey goalie. I ordered clen(have not used it yet) and have read conflicting posts on losing 25 pounds of fat safely and effectively with clen. I lift and play racquetball three times a week and play hockey three times a week. Any words of wisdom for someone playing hockey and trying to lose fat at my age with clen. Thanks

diet is the number one thing that needs to be in order. the clen will enhance fat loss, when diet and training are both in order.
 
clen in itsself is not going to work wonders. sounds like ur cardio is in check just make sure the diet is too.... i kno in my old man leagues (i played juniors) they are all usually boozin in the locker rooms after games

You are right about the good canadian beer in the locker room after every game. I'll work on the less booze and better diet with the clen and let you know how it goes. I've read from other discussions that I should take the clen earlier in the day and not take it a few hours before hockey. I usually play hockey at 9:00 p.m. Is that the correct way to take it?
 
Unless you can stick to a clean diet, without liquor, then you should avoid any physique enhancement drugs, including clen. Clen is not the best thing for an athlete to take because if you fuck up on taking the right amount of taurine and potassium you'll cramp bad and won't be playing anything.
