Clen and cutting diet

Hmmmm... yea... see it's a tricky thing... If you lose 10lbs of fat, and gain 10lbs of muscle... then you weigh the EXACT same... but look 29837498237489374 times better... know what I mean... ?

Honestly... and I know you wanna look 'tight' for the summer... but I think honestly.. that if you diet, and eat well... and put on some muscle.. you'll look much better... Do like a kind of 'lean bulk'.

If you weigh a buck sixty five... that's MINIMUM 165g of protein... but I'd go up to 1.5g... so that's: 247... or 250 for argument sake...

So lets go with that... 250

NOW your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is around 2800 if you train 3 - 4 x week... So I suggest eating that...

We'll go with a diet made up of 40%p/30%c/30%f

So:

250g protein
225g Carbs
100g protein

That's 2800

Good shit...

Now you gotta figure out how to eat these calories...

Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal plug that shit in... and you're good to go bro!

Also for the "Diet"

-9:30 Protein shakes with 1cup of multi grain cheerios *** Shake or shakes? Have one shake, and put oats and berries in it... blend... serve
-11:30 1 banana and 1 apple + 591ml of G2 - *** Get some protein in you here.. Maybe some eggs with it??
-1:30 1 can of tuna 2 scoops of light mayo and a whole wheat wrap+ 2 rice cakes - *** Make it 2 cans...
-5:30 Whole grain past and sauce or 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of whole wheat rice - *** You need the chicken with both - and rice is great! Throw in some veggies too
- Protein shake b4 bed - *** Decent... but you might want something like cottage cheese... unless you are drinking Casein protein

I would also make sure you are hitting your caloric goals... You want REAL food though... Have a shake in the morning, with oats and berries if it's easier.. then one after training... that's 2 shakes a day... with 4 solid meals..

Dont I want to burn more calories then I'm taking in?? Im not looking to get huge i just want to be strong and well toned. Also much respect 4 the reply's fella's I'm off to Try and sleep lol. Talk to you guy's Tomorrow. Peace
 
If you have your heart set on clen then by all means take what we've said and knock yourself out. But I hate to say it...I think I agree with Strong on this one. I feel like, given your current stats and your body type, you're gonna be disappointed with the outcome. In the words of Radar, FOOD is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body...don't be so quick to go to drugs...

So yes I agree with Strong. Get on a good diet and exercise hard and you will be just fine. I feel like with the clen (esp taking it alone) you're gonna waste away! Eating right and working hard in the gym will give you better tone than you think without the clen. Strong has given you some good info here.

Yes... if you want to get leaner.. but see again.. the issue here is that you can't "tone" what isn't there... Eat 2800 calories... if in a few weeks you don't feel "Toned" enough.. increase your cardio a bit... and maybe drop it down to "2500" but you gotta stick with the plan... and adjust as you go along... there is no magic formula or answer unfortunately...
