alrite bros, I realize this is definately going to be a repost but just wanted to make sure I have everything on track before I start clen for the first time since there have been so many debates concerning health issues with clen.

got

magnesium
potassium
Taurine
ALCAR

as far as dosages, I believe I've read 5g of Taurine, 2-3g of Potassium,
not sure about the ALCAR dosage. Maybe 1 500mg cap 3x a day'?

dammit I already bought the ALCAR and taurine powder. I didn't know the levorex had 500mg of ALCAR in it. oh well guess I will have to make another order, lol.

Would levorex be ok to take while running clen? I'm going to stay away from trex and other stimulant fat burners while running clen.

yes, its completely fine to stack with clen.
