I have an event coming up and I have to clean and press a 6ft 250lb log for reps. Each rep must be cleaned. I can't master the rolling of the log from the sitting postion then standing and rolling it up the body. At 250lbs that is a lot of weight to try to hold against your chest while you stand up and roll it to your chin now in the pre press postion. I can clean and press 225lb in the gym for reps of 5 but that is a super bitch to do and that is cleaning it only once then repping it out. Am I going to get my ass handed to me?
