does it matter how high you should bring the bar up? I've seen some videos where the person brings it past his shoulders and i've seen others where it gets a little above waist level.
I generally like to shoot for nipple level. Somtimes I start off light, and pull it all the way to my shoulders. Next set I'll add some weight and go for nipple level. Four or five sets in, I'll even progress to a weight heavy enough to just do some explosive deadlifts with.
