CLA question

My girlfriend is looking to lose some weight, and I told her I'd look into some supplements for her. She is doing both cardio and weight training, but not at bodybuilding intensity obviously. Just your typical chick exercises. Anyway, how is CLA, especially for women? Safe? Effective? CLA stacked with something like a smaller dose of Lipoflame?

I think it would be safe for her to take..not certain how much it will help her though.

yes CLa would be safe for her and as long as her blood pressure is normal i would also recommend the lipoflame that you suggested. CLA has many promising reports behind it. I cant say that when i tried it that it was anymore effective than omega 3's. it wont hurt and studies suggest that it prevents fat cell storage and formation. it's cheap so let her try it for a month or two.

You aren’t going to notice anything dramatic from CLA, but it is decently effective, and it is very safe for long term use.

My girl and I use the stuff on a regular basis.
