CKD-Flax Seed Oil-1000MG capsules?

Hey guys! I just purchased 1000 capsules of flax seed oil from kilosports.com to use with my CKD diet. Now, if they are 1000mg of flax seed oil per capsule how many capsules should I take per day to get 240-260 grms of fat? 240 capsules??? Damn! That can't be right

In the future, consider the actual flax oil as opposed to the capsules, one teaspoon of mine = over 4000mg of flax seed oil, and is probably a hell of a lot cheaper in the long run.

BTW you'd better buy flax seed/fish oil in bottle rather than pills (it is healthier and cheaper)
