hi what ia CDK diet

i am cutting for summer and i dont eat meat someone suggested to try this diet.

doesnt involve using stimulants i hope not

while im cutting i am going to be taking syntrax swole to maintain muscle can anyone fix me Ckd diet please i am about 18%body fat and want to get it down to about 10 to 11% if possible.
i know this is on the rong board but does anyone know what food i should take with swole
