Monday- a.m- 30min. sprints/heavy bag. p.m.- arm training
Tuesday- a.m.- 18 min. bike HIIT p.m.- shoulder/traps
Wednsday- a.m.-30 min. sprints/heavy bag p.m.- back
Thursday- a.m.- 18 min. bike HIIT p.m.- legs
Friday- a.m. - 30 min. sprints/heavy bag p.m. chest
Satruday- a.m. 40 min. jog p.m.- depletion w/out..start carb load
Sunday- rest...carb load
I found that I can eat 2800 calories and lose 1 pound per week. The p.m. workouts take no more than 30 minutes and are intense. Is it alright to lift while in ketosis? The workouts are all 8-12 reps. Depletion is 12-15.
