CKD Carbs ups & Cardio?

Who here that has run a CKD or is currently running one eats anything and everything during their carbup (highfat, high carb and etc?)? And how much does your weight increase by if it does at all? Secondly, anyone here against or for cardio on carbup day? I think that should help with fatgain on carbup, correct?
 
I ran a CKD for 12 weeks and never counted calories during my carb-ups - but I did keep fat extremely low. I basically had a free-for-all with high GI, low fat carbs...as much as I could stomach - made sure to drink plenty of water with every meal (32 oz. each time). I would typically gain 5 to 7 pounds (mainly water and glycogen I would think).

I never exercised during my refeeds so I can't comment there.
 
Lol, I am the opposite. been running for 6 weeks now, carb up days a few times have basically been pigouts, around 3000-3500 of junk (donuts, pizza, fries, hamburgers and etc. I am using RALA throughout the day though to help with fat/glucose storage). Lol, my weight rocketed from 193 to 204! I would feel too guilty if I didn't do some cardio at the end, but I do plan on stopping that all together, going to be very clean and low GI from now on.
 
yeah i'm going into my 5th week of ckd right now. My carb-ups last a total of 24 hours. At this point, i'm not counting anything on my carb-up days. When i get closer to my disired bf, I'll have to keep better track.

i've gone from 205 to 183 so far.

Wow, thats impressive man, are you cycling anything or are you doing this naturally? Im curious to see if you lost any muscle with that 22 pound drop, still have your strength in all your lifts? Secondly, how long are you planning on running CKD for? Whats your BF at now and what was it at starting? I have run CKD for 6 weeks so far, but the 1st few weeks it was more of an adjustment phase to dieting and cardio, only in week 4-5 did I run true ketosis with 20g or less of carbs daily, and have dropped to 193 from 207.

i'm cutting naturay. I don't think i've lost any muscle yet. Strength is still ok.

I'm not sure how long i plan on stickting to the diet, probably untill i hit 7%-8% bf. Right now i'm probaly around 14%bf i would guess.

Today weighed in at 180.
i'll post some more pics soon.
