CKD carb-up (YOUR HELP PLZzZ)

I Stop eating Carb at 6 AM saturday.


After 5 day i want to carb up
BUT
I real scare about CARB UP :mad:

Duchine say in his book

1)eat 16 gram of carb per kg lean weight
2) eat every 2 hour and get up at night and eat carb rich in sugar
GET UP EVERY 2 HOURE TO EAT CARB mean
12AM
2am
4am
6am
8am
etc ....

DO I need to get up and eat carb and sugar ?
What Do you eat while carb up ?
 
ala- b4 the carb up is an unrwritten rule!!! im a ckd style dieter nothing else, i never tried dans methods either so i cant help much
 
Do you get up at Night and eat carb ? as (dans methods )
what do you you eat in carb up ?
and how much we have to eat carb in carb up ?

i carb up friday night to saturday night, i mix protien and a lil fat with my carbs so there wont be such an insulin surge. our goal is to control insulin to control fat? no?
 
For the first six hours, I eat high GI carbs, like Chewy Spree and Sweet Tarts. I dunno if they're available in your country, but they contain dextrose and maltodextrine. This is according to Dan when he says to eat high GI carbs for the first few meals.

i only have 7 hour befor carb up . its my first time to carb up i hope some one help me befor do mistake

67 kg X 10 = (670) g carbs
670 X 4 = 2680 carb calories

protein intake:
165 lbs X 1.5 = 247.5
90 * 4 = 364 protein calories

Fat intake :
Low Fat Diet = 40 g
40 * 9 = 360 fat calories

Yes sure i will use ALA
befor any meal 600 +VS 20 befor any meal + HCA there time

and in last 2 meal i will use Psyllium Husk

Do im doing wrong with my meal and suplement

I Scare From Carb up i dont want to gain fat

He he He i have head ache when i write my plan

so you say he says to take a bunch of protein shakes 24 hours out from the show? is that right? well i believe that is a big mistake since you shouldnt be taking in any water at that point. like i said before i stay away from sugars 2 days out from the show....i just throw down as much baked potatoes as i can.

No i have 3-5 week befor show

After My Workout
i use ALA 1200 mg + HCA 250 +VS 30

After 15 min
i shot my self Primbolan

After i shot my slef primbolan i wait 15 min Then
i drink DEXTORSE , Maltodextrin , sucrose Total = 81 gram carb

After 2 hour i eat this Food
Corn Flaks "60 gram" +bun "1BUN" +3 egg white 1 yolk + Milk "3 class

Yes i use with them
ALA 1200 mg + HCA 250 +VS 30

I sleep after 2 hour from my last meal
I get up after 11 Houre After my last meal

I take my ALA 1200 mg + HCA 250 +VS 30
after 30 min

I eat my break fast
Corn Flaks "120 gram" +bun "3.5BUN" +5 egg white .5 yolk + Milk "3,5 class

I know that was my big meal

I open internet and read what jc21 say its useful
I will stay away from sugars

so i have only last3 meal .. will be
Pasta with Cola diet w/tuna
Pasta with Yogurt Cola diet w/o tuna
and last meal will be
baked potatoes


TOTAL in 26 hour
Total: 3465
Fat: 27 240 7%
Sat: 7 62 2%
Poly: 3 27 1%
Mono: 5 42 1%
Carbs: 596 2304 69%
Fiber: 20 0 0%
Protein: 204 817 24%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%
 
So my carb up will be only 26 hour no more i will get back to ketosis diet after that as fast as possible

I know some guys use insulin to get in ketosis in only 24 hour

how they use insulin ?
anyone use insulin ?

what about drug such as insulin sulfonylurea
I know that sulfonylurea lower blood suger only and metformin lower both sugar and insulin levels

so what the best drug i have to us to get into ketosis agine as fast as possible ?
