I Stop eating Carb at 6 AM saturday.
After 5 day i want to carb up
BUT
I real scare about CARB UP
Duchine say in his book
1)eat 16 gram of carb per kg lean weight
2) eat every 2 hour and get up at night and eat carb rich in sugar
GET UP EVERY 2 HOURE TO EAT CARB mean
12AM
2am
4am
6am
8am
etc ....
DO I need to get up and eat carb and sugar ?
