Circular Quad inflamation along my rectus.

This is an absolute first and goes to show what happens when you dont practice what you preach.
Any of you offer any past experience or insight.
I adminstered a 1cc injection of aratest last week along the upper quad, followed that day by leg training.

I was sore as hell needless to say, but now approximately 3 inches below the injection sight is a red circle, slightly sore to touch, tight, and raised. Is this by your estimations inflamation of the muscles or something else?

No fevers or flue like symptoms at all as of yet, so thank god im assuming its not an infection.

Any words of wisdom would be appricated.

I got the same thing too when I injected in the quad with a 1" (dumbdumbdumb). Took a week to go down.

Sounds like youve got some Sub cut. instead of IM , been there , it will be fine . My money says its gone or much much better in the next 3 days . Bury that shit with a 1.5".
