Circuit training??? Any thoughts

I was just wondering what anyone thought about circuit training.I just recently started and wanted to know what others thought about it and any results.
 
I don't do it on a regular basis but sometimes I feel a little burned out and bored with my workouts and will do a circuit training for a week. It's a nice change of pace for a few workouts every 6 weeks or so.

I don't know about long term results....but it spices things up a bit!
 
The is the one thing I am looking for...I'm getting a little bored with the same old stuff. But I also would like to lose some bf this New year.
 
its a good training method, but sometimes difficult to do on a regular basis in a public gym forum...I could not get thru a session at my gym, no way...too crowded at the times I would have to go...as far as stimulas, its great for a few weeks, maybe 6 at the most...they are quick and good for strength/endurance...it was used alot when I played football...wrestlers use this protocol also...
 
Just to toss in some stuff....

What is your current workout that you are bored with?
push/pulls....splits....isos?
And what kind of circuit are you thinking about doing?
full body, or upper lower?

just curious....

If there is ever a time of the year that circuits are good for, is
now, the holiday(s) can kill ya on time/energy. Not to mention, you may actually find your gym a little lonely b/c of the holiday hustle.
