I know this is not a body building question but I am trying to develop a speed, agility, cardio circuit. I am an advid hockey player and I want to do one day a week a circuit which involves but not limited to plyo, speed ladder, bands, etc. I have a gym that is really sports training specific. If anyone has a good plan of action, a website, or some excercises it would be greatly appreciated.
