Cialis and elevated BP......

Took a cialis last Fri night after flying into Vegas and my BP is still thru the roof and ankles are swollen.....Now I know flying can swell your ankles but I got back Sun night and the Cialis should be out of my system....problem is ankles are still swollen and BP is elevated (140/105).....

I am going to the doc on Fri but my Q is has anyone experienced an inc in BP with the use of this......

I guess this is a stupid question but were you checking it before you took the Cialis? Swollen ankles are typically caused by edema and sometimes means your heart is not pumping efficiently. People with congestive heart failure get this. Are you on any bp meds now? A low dose of HCT (Hydrochlorothiazide), or a water pill, would help this.

If it was the Cialis, when it left your system it certainly should have returned to normal. There's not too many med's that, once withdrawn, continue to cause problems like that. I for one seriously doubt it was the Cialis, but who knows bro. I took it once and it didn't cause any bp increase. Good luck to you.
