So I have been testing various shoes in the gym trying to find something that is good all around. I don't do much cardio but was originally seeking a shoe I could use for this as well - eventually figured out that wasn't going to happen.
Bought a pair of Nike Romaleos and they were ok but can't say I really noticed an epic difference from lifting in my normal cross training shoes.
Picked up a pair of chucks the other day even though they are ugly as shit...a few heads turned and I could see the "what the fuck is this fool wearing" look on faces.
But you know what....who gives a shit - fucking best squats/deads I can fucking remember in forever! Fucking amazing stability no roll; I know a lot of people say they are really only practical for deadlift but fucking shit they worked killer for me on squats as well.
I think they are going to give the calfs/feet some good work as well.
