Chronicly sore back

In addition to my two days of O-lifts during the week, it looks like box squats and two strongman events on saturday now. Anything that I can do to eliminate soreness in my low back that I expereince when pulling 3 times a week? I know this is a lot of volume, but it is out of necessity. Any advice as far as active recovery or pre-post workout treatments?
 
I suggest plenty of stretching as well as hot tub and massage. If (Because) you cannot get a girl to massage your back, I would have suggested you visit Tokyo Sauna, but the cops shut that joint down over a year ago. Find a place with an equally bad reputation and bring plenty of extra money for happy ending.
 
Deep tissue massage can help. Stretching, ice, heat, etc will also help. Band rehab, hypers, reverse hypers, goodmornings in the gym.
 
2 stretches i remember from when i did some lower back physical therapy

lay face down. lift one arm and the opposite leg. hold for 5 seconds. then do the other. forget how often i was supposed to do it, i think 10x each side 3x a day.

get on all 4, palms down. lean backwards slowly until your butt is on your heels, further if you can go more. your hands shouldn't move from where they were, arms will be fully streched out. hold it for 20 seconds. repeat 5x.

Yeah with regards to the stretch above...
u can also do it with both arms and legs...they are called supermans...do them and u will see why...
