So I am going to go hit the weights in about 30 minutes. I am going to do a bicep/back workout with a bit of cardio. Anyway, yeah, give me a workout and I will totally do the one you made. How awesome is that!?!? Actually I just don't want to post in the training forum because they take a long time to reply. So let's hear it girls.

Right handed BB isolation curls 9x100.
Left handed DB isolation curls 1x2.

'The Worm' (breakdance manouver) 3 sets of 50ft.

Left arm windmill 2x1000revolutions.

Rack deadlifts upto a max triple
Speed deadlifts off of plates
Stiff legged deadlifts
Reverse grip deadlifts for biceps
Hack Squats/Deadlifts (barbell behind your back)
Snatch Grip Deadlifts
Romanian Deadlifts
Reverse Band Deadlifts.... but you dont have bands so forget it
Smith Machine deadlifts - high reps for the burn
and finish up with some Deadlifts off of blocks...

Serious Deadlift fetish?

pullups - whatever you can do(bw, weighted, assisted) for 10,8,6
bent over bb rows - 4 sets of 5 at heaviest weight you can handle. 30 seconds after each set hit db rows for 10
close grip pulldowns - 2 sets 10,8 - squeeze hard at bottom of each rep
hammer strength low rows - 2 sets 10,8 - squeeze hard here, too

incline db curls - 2x10,8
cable hammer curls - 2x10,8

WTF... ridiculous.
Do you guys even work out?

The Robocop eh? I don't think I've come across that lady killer yet.

"New school dance is a form of hip-hop dance which is different from breaking. Back in the days, old-school music had fast beats which matched breaking move. Music such as "Planet Rock" and "Just Begun" are good examples. As you know, hip-hop music is always changing. As the music changed, people realized that breaking doesn't fit with the many of new school hip-hop music. That's how new-school dance started out. Around 1986, which is the early days of new school dance, the moves were very simple. Steps called Wap, Running man, Roger Rabbit, and Robocop were popular steps in this era"

Here's how you do it, sparkletits.

Hold you arms out like you have a bad case of ILS. Now rotate your arms up 90 degrees so instead of holding two invisible barrels at your side, you're now kind of holding a much bigger invisible barrel in front of you. Now do the breakdance wave where someone tranfers the wave to you with your arms only don't break the position that your elbows are in, then reverse it so you're going back the other way. Repeat. Be sure you have some head movement in there as well. You're rockin the Robocop now.

lol. I totally just did that and died laughing. That is a genuine lol there folks.

I picked that particular dance move because it stretches out the lats. I'm up to about 10 minutes of high intensity robocopping after my back workouts, but I've been doing this move since it came out circa 1986 so don't feel bad if you can only get 2-3 minutes. Like making gains, it takes consistency and time.

The robocop is a much more fluid motion than the robot.

I'm actually standing here in awe that your hyperwhite ass just corrected me on a hiphop dance move. And don't you dare bring up the fact that I'm white and can't dance either otherwise I'll tell everyone how shitty your new curly hair looks in real life.
