Great question. Yes, you should strive to normalize your cholesterol being you start any AAS cycling. Any AAS cycles cause abnormal cholesterol readings which are harmful to you. If you are absolutely certain that your cholesterol problem is hereditary/genetic, then have your doctor put you on Lipitor. It is important that your doc make this decision, not you. Otherwise, diet (going low carb <75g daily) will correct the problem in four to six weeks. Then you may need Metformin in this case, for you may be insulin resistant. Talk to your doc about the cholesterol problem--your health is important. This may also be a good time to get your other hormones checked--testosterone levels, estradiol, LH, FSH, Prolactin, cortisol, TSH, Free T3, Free T4. If nothing else, get your testosterone and estradiol levels checked.
