I haven't and am not on gear at this point though I am doing a lot of research and seriously thinking about it. I got my cholesterol checked about 2 months ago and my cholesterol is 220. I am concerned that if I start to juice that it might shoot up even more. My bad cholesterol is high and my good cholesterol is low. It seems to be a genetic thing. Is increased cholesterol from juice a temporary thing or is this going to put me at too high of a risk for heart disease in the future.
