Quick question. I need to get something that will help me get in shape fast, one month before cruise.
I am looking for something to lean up, keep muscle mass, and something that will not hinder endurance.
Any recomendations? I read a little about the "shredder stack". Good? Any input or anything else with conjunction or instead?
