Do any of you go to chiropractors? I had a really sore back coouldn't sleep at nite, knees hurt, neck etc. I hadn't seen a chiropractor since i was with my ex gf since her aunt was a chiro, i got free adjustments. Well Wednesday i saw one that takes my incurance. He did the x rays and was like, JESUS CHRIST. Your back is one of the worst i have seen, how can you walk or do anyhting? My spine was twisted and compressed and my pelivs was so far out of wack, my left leg was 2 inches shorter then my right.

Basically 2 years ago i had a bad motorcycle accident, had a car pull out infront of me and i laid it down to avoid head on collision, the bike landed on my side and i slide 50 yards with it on me, into the side of a hill. He did a few adjustments, and i literally couldn't walk until today. Pain is going away, he said it is going to take many frequent visits for up to a year to get me back to where i should be.
 
I've been going to the chiro for about 2 months now, I had injured my wrist and hes been fixing it ever since. I was going 4 days a week now I only go every 10 days because I'm pretty much good to go. He helped me out a lot, I had some neck problems but not anymore. Also he adjusted my spine and now I have a lot more energy and I feel like I can stand taller now.
 
Yeah, insurance companies suck for covering chiro. i get 36 visits or 2000 dollars a year. Fucking Blue Cross Blue Shield Sucks. I mean i would do t-bar rows and my lower back hurt so bad after i did them in the lower area, and when i got my lower back pumped up, it felt really bad. I will know this after noon how well it feels, i had to take 4 days off of lifting to let the swelling subside. I put on more weight doing nothing then i do when i pound the weight. go figure

i definately get crucial lower back pumps and know my hip alignment is off but iv been trying to correct it through natural posture corrections, and im young and havnt gotten in any accidents
 
Seriously though this guy is pretty cool. He beat the shit out of my back, kinda makes me want to find a gf that whips me in bed. jk. But i had a heavy hoodie on and when i laid on my stomach today he noticed that my left side was noticeably smaller then my right side, which is totally true, i can easily do more reps and weight on dumbell rows on my right side. He said my flexibilty is not so great, my hams and quads are super tight, i mean i can only lay on my back and he could get them to a 70 degree angle if that, time to do some more stretching.

i need to do more stretching too.

a funny story:

when i injured my back i went to the dr wearing very loose flismy shorts, and the doctor was real hot. so she was pushing my leg back to "test if it hurts" and i didnt let it go foreward real far and she was like

"wow youre tight"

and im thinkin to myself "no, im just not trying to put my leg far back enough to have my dick pop out my shorts"
