Has anyone gone to one before ? Do they actually help you ? Or is it another scam ?

I have neck and upperback pain that has been lingering for 3 weeks after an injury wrestling. I want it to go away, I have been to my doctor and he said it was muscle related. (i have had no x rays or MRI's) Massage therapy has helped it a little bit.

should I try a chiro ?

I used one, out of necessity...he REALLY saved me...I was 50% better after one session....gradually reduced frequency...if yuo do the work outside of there, you will be fine

Ask around and find a good chiropracter. I've been to one several times and it was definitely worthwhile. Usually takes 3-4 visits before I'm back to 100%, but it sure beats the alternative.

I strongly recommend it. I`ve had the same symptoms as you and it helped a lot! Get a good knowledgable guy.

Definitely ask around as they all do not have the same education! Typically a chiro that graduated from Palmer is going to be competent (not saying others are not).
