I just squatted today....and did more than I ever have...

My numbers will start going up, though...because I have fixed my form. It was way screwed up before. I will be at Kronkette's 250 in no time. I did 3 sets of 135 for 5 and 2 sets of 195 for 5...I don't stop at parallel, though...I go all the way down.

Kronk or Kronkette for that matter, how much can Kronkette deadlift? My wife is 4'11" as well. She weighs aobut 94lbs, and for being relatively untrained, is strong as shit. I am serious when I joke that she could be a world class DL. She would have about 10" to lockout LOL.

A chick I know squats 315 for reps, free weight. She also benches 280. If any of you went to the Arnold Classic this year and watched the Jujitsu demonstrations you probably saw her.
