How much Carbs does a normal chicken breast have?

I was just reading this on mcd's website.. for their Chicken Mcgrill.. and I just would like to compare it to a normal fresh chicken breast. What's the difference?

Mcgrill:
Serving Size (g) 198
Energy (cal) 290
(kJ) 1210
Protein (g) 25
Carbohydrate (g) 34
Fat (g) 5.5
Saturates (g) 1.1
Monosaturates (g) 1.7
Polyunsaturates (g) 1.7
Cholesterol (mg) 49
Fibre (g) 1.9
Sodium (mg) 808
Potassium (mg) 427

Thanks

McDonald's nutrition info includes all of the ingrediants that are handed to you. Sauce, bun, etc. Gymtime is right.

I didn't mean the sauce with that sandwich in particular. I just meant their sandwiches in general. The chicken itself probably has very little in the way of carbs. Theoretically, it should have zero like the other guys said, but its possible that the chicken is frozen in a solution that has some sugar in it (as well as salt). Even still, it probably has less than 5gs of carbs. That would be my bet.

No Carbs

A chicken breast has no carbs, unless it's breaded. Fried chicken is rolled in flour and then fried. If you want to eat a chicken with out the carbs, avoid frying. Just broil or grill it. Add seasoning, but check the label for carbs.
