Training History: Eating and training right for the last 15 months. Previously lifted throughout highschool and took a year off when I got to college.

Stats: 6'3 203 lbs Natural
Age : 20 years old
Bodyfat: ?? Not sure, please give me your guess.

Goal: Uncertain if I want to bulk or cut up a little and then concentrate
on bulking starting out a bit leaner than I am now.
I feel kinda sloppy right now already. What do you think?

Some of the shots might be shitty as well as posing....
especially the back pic...couldn't find a way to get that right.
All pics were taken cold.

Let me have it!

your body is very similar to my own........ i would say your about 11% body fat.... your upper body looks good, I would work (put a bit of mass) on your chest, shoulders, traps and I would be nice to have more cuts in the thighs and calves.

But you look very fit and as I said, your body is very similar to my own except my back and chest are a tad more chisled. I am much smaller though at 5'10" and 170lbs.

Good work with the training and keep it up, it is paying off big time Chew.

Looking good so far dude. I would say you need to do more pulldowns or chin ups so you can build those lats and get more of that V-Shape.

My lats were practically non-existant when I started training so that has definately been a focus for me.

Currently I do:

wide grip pullups 3 sets
T-bar rows 3 sets
One arm dumbell rows 2 sets
deadlifts 5 sets

Thanks for your comments.

Id up your sets to 15 for back, not counting deadlifts. This has always worked best for me. With traps and lower back work seperate. I find that since back is such a large muscle, it can be stubborn and difficult to get sore. It seems just as stubborn to grow. Hitting it hard with good volume has made a big difference for me over the years. I started training this way also, when I began lifting. Keep KILLING that shit brother!!

Thanks for the advice. I've been thinking up upping volume for the lats for a while now,
just haven't been able to bring myself to do it yet (deads exhaust the shit out of me).
I need to stop being a pussy and just do it. :D

Oh, and I do traps on shoulder day.

lol.... niiiiiiiiice riiiiiiiice wing... lol

its hard being a tall dude... but nice progress. thinking about any future cycles??

definitely need work on the lats and some shoulders wouldn't hurt either. otherwise good progress. keep working hard
