I do 1.5 servings of PWO Powerchews, just like N2KTS...and it is really solid energy for my 4:30 am workouts, and they work great being in class discussing protons and neutrons, like I am now! Pop a few of them and I can keep my eyes open...and energy for pushups in class lol!
