What would you suggest for a chest session w/o flat exercices ?

I was considering :

Incline BB press
Incline DB press
Incline Flies (maybe on a Swiss Ball)
Pullover

The incline DB and BB presses are redundant, use one per session....

You can try a decline press after an incline press and maybe a hammer strength press at the end...

Personally I have never been able to get the right groove on incline flies, they just feel awkward to me....

My question is this. Why are you ditching the flat exercises?

I like needsizes chest philospophy. 1/3 flat, 2/3 incline.

Dips Bro...... IMHO..... lose the flys and add dips to your chest workout.

Forgot all about the dips! I would add those in after the inclines and then maybe finish up with a machine press...

maybe flat bench messes with his shoulder, I know it does for me.

I like what you have so far, but I agree with InTraining that the incline DB and BB presses are redundant.

I do dips on my shoulder and tricep day.

Maybe, but for the most part, you can fuck with your shoulder a lot more on incline than on flat. If shoulders are the issue here, go for db's and really focus on form.
