This was a SAD, SAD day. I started having trouble with my elbow last week (sharp pain from elbow up arm whenever doing any press type move)
so now I've had to cut out all presses until it heals. I had hoped it would go away but I made an attempt today and no such luck. Well back to my point, So I try to go through a chest day with no presses, it sucked. I did
Dumbell pullover(cross bench)
dbell fly
inc fly
decline cable cross
Anyone have any tips for what I could use in here until I can press again.

) and then did the pec dec with moderate weight and very slow controlled reps wit ha really good squeeze. Got a bit sore and felt like I'd had an OK workout.
