Chest tips

What wo do you think is better for the chest. Barbell press (flat,incline,decline) or dumbell press(flat,incline,decline)
 
They both should be incorporated into your workout. I have a feeling your going to get a 50/50 split here in replies.
 
Do both, work the major muscles more (barbell) and the stability (db). You can get good results with either one though.

define what you mean by, "better" and we can "better" answer your question.
