CHEST PR, (they just keep on coming now)!!!

315 x 2 (flat bench), it was fantastic!!!

The most I did before tonight was 300 back in the Spring of 2000!!! I love the strength that just keeps coming!!! Too bad when I start doing cardio to burn some fat I'm gonna lose some strenght, but shit I'll take it for now!!!

Thanks man!!! I'm not sure how much more my shoulder is going to be able to take. Right now my collar bone is even hurting!!! This is one reason why my bench has suffered so much over the years, but I finally reached 315. For some reason I'm just strong as hell lately!!!

That's great strength, but I'm curious: why did it take you 3 1/2 years to go from 300 to 315? Did you quit going to the gym or something?

I just never concentrated on maxing out on chest after that day. I would usually just do 275 for my last heavy set for as many reps as I could get!!! I also had very shity explosion off my chest, it always seem I had alot of trouble getting heavy weight about 4 inches off my chest!!! But I changed some shit and did some crazy exercises that has increased my explosiveness tremendously!!! Plus I have a shoulder problem the inhibits me greatly sometimes!!! Great question Debaser!!!

Thanks alot Brutha!!! I'm not really sure what's wrong with the shoulder, it's only a matter of time till it hurts so bad I'm gonna have to get it checked out!!! It all started with a stringer I got playing football back in the day, it's never been the same since!!!
