Ok as i have mentioned like 203 times
im starting the 5x5 routine next week,but I mostly want strength, although size is a nice bonus, except for my chest and legs, i dont want anymore size there
so instead of doing 2 exercises, with 2 sets and 8-10 reps for chest and legs after doing the 5x5, what do you think I should do? Should i still do that? or maybe more 5x5, or 3x3 or what? I only want to change this for my legs and chest remember
