ok i was on chest day tuesday, i thought i warmed up enough i stretched dide 135 like 30 times, then i did 225 25 times... then i went to 315, on my first rep i noticed the weight kina went up slower than usual, so the next one i just slammed it up and i felt pain in my left pec and like a pull or tear.... well i immediatly said fuck it and went home, its now thursday and the shit is tight as hell,swollen, and sore.. i have been eating aleve, taking glutamine and a ton of amino acid tabs..... what else should i do to sped recovery..? should i just let it sit and heal or should i rub and stretch the soreness out.. its hurts like a mother fucker but i can still use my arm and all.. just hope i dont get into a fight in the next few days... i think one reason this happened was i up my TT winny to 100mg a day...o well.. any help guys?
