Chest exercises that do not involve the shoulders?

What’s up guys? My right shoulder is absolutely aching… and I want to give it a break… I think it’s my AC joint… however I’m not certain… I’m going to see a massage therapist/ART guy… to see if he can help…

Anyway…. In the mean time.. I was hoping that there were other exercises I could perform, to work around this? I might try dips (not too low)… and cable cross-overs?

Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks…

Ya... I guess eh? It's just annoying.. :S

Ok... I'll do that... thanks guys...

Could be the bicep tendon. a lot of guys think they have shoulder issues when in fact it this. I would advise like the others to take a week off. and ice/rest if you can.

just take the week off - dipping is stressful on the shoulder, and crossovers/flyes etc are all pretty useless.

i disagree on the flies and crossovers

IMO your delts (& surrounding muscles, tie ins attachements in question etc) generally assist/stabilze the chest exercises (pec muscle).

I agree that you need to rest it before it gets worse.

The ART, although painful may help greatly.
