Chest exer. with damaged cuffs

Advice on the best chest development exercises, for those with rotator cuff prob's?? BB bench is completely out.

May sound crazy, but because the dip is a closed chain exercise it may be an option.
When I had shoulder probs, the Flat Hammer Press became my primary chest movement. Cross bech pullovers work chest and lats, but are could also take pressure off the rotators.

When I use DB's for chest work it doesn't hurt my shoulder. It's different but I don't think I've really lost anything from being forced to switch. Good luck shoulders are a bitch

I tore my rot cuff and am able to do bench now. can't bench a lot, but incline bench feels a little better than flat BB bench, although I can still do that. DB bench feels batter than any BB bench. dips are a definite NO for me.

Dips are a big no-no for me

Strangely inclines are way worse for my cuff than flat bench press

and declines are the least stressful

Do you feel that you can grow well this way?

I think only time will tell. the key for me is/was to slowly get back into it. my bench numbers right now are embarrassing, but steadily getting better and better. takes a lot of patience. I don't necessarily think flat BB bench is the be all and end all of chest development, so it's not a hug concern of mine (plus I am not a BBer). I'd say experiment with different benches and use the BB and DBs and also try the hammer strength machines. use low weights, find what works for you and stay patient and consistent and eventually your bench may come back to you. best of luck bro.
